  • Product authenticity: All inventory supplied to The Vita Mart Inc is 100% authentic, genuine Nutrifactor product, supplied with verified GTIN / UPC / EAN barcodes.
  • Advertising: The Vita Mart Inc is authorized to use the name "Nutrifactor" in ad copy, display URLs, keywords, product feeds and campaign settings.
  • U.S. compliance: Nutrifactor products are marketed in line with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) dietary supplement regulations, using structure/function claims only.
